Large Orders

Multiple boxes delivered to a single location are subject to a modest charge. This charge will be added once the number of boxes is confirmed.

Festive Season Delivery

A special holiday delivery schedule will be announced. To avoid disappointment please place your order(s) as early as possible during our busy festive season (November-December).

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you or the recipient are not satisfied with the product as delivered, we will be happy to replace or refund your order. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements. Intact food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. All other non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient; a refund will only be given to the purchaser.
