How to Order

You can add any product to your shopping cart while shopping. You can preview your current selections through the "Shopping Cart" link located at the top and bottom of the web site. Once you are satisfied and want to place your order, simply click "Check Out".

By Phone

Simply call us at 902-406-GIFT (4438). We are happy to take your order or answer any questions you may have. To save time, please have your credit card number and expiration date ready.

By Email or Fax

You can also email or fax us (please call for fax number). Please include your daytime phone number, should we have any questions, along with payment information, shipping address, preferred delivery date, and the recipient’s name. If you would like to include a message with the card don’t forget to include that too!

Enclosure Cards

All of our gifts include an enclosure card with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name and any message you might like to add. We will gladly keep your business cards on file to include them with future gifts.

Custom Gifts

We are more than happy to create custom gifts to fit your theme or budget! Whether you would like to modify any of the gifts in our collection to suit your individual needs, or you would like us to create a one-of-a-kind gift for your corporate event or occasion. Multiple Address Orders

Does your order have a number of gifts going to different recipients or addresses? We want to make ordering a gift with us as easy as possible! Please send Emily an e-mail at emily@giftswithatwist.com and she would be happy to send you a multiple order form. 

Canceling/Changing Your Order

If you need to cancel/change your order before it ships please notify us immediately at (902) 489-6779 or 902-209-6712. If the order has shipped, but not yet been delivered you will only be charged for shipping and the merchandize will be credited.
